- Client, Customer, You, Your refers to any individual or business using our website or services.
- Order refers to any request for services or products submitted through our website, phone, email, or other
communication channels.
- Services/Products include but are not limited to ghostwriting, editing, proofreading, publishing assistance, book
formatting, cover design, illustrations, audiobook services, marketing, branding, web design, and promotional services.
2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By using our website or services, you:
- Confirm that you are at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Acknowledge that this Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between you and Publishing Avenue.
- Agree not to misuse the website or services for fraudulent, illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes.
3. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All website content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, software, layouts, and
branding materials, is the property of Publishing Avenue or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual

You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or exploit any website content without prior written consent.
- Use our branding, logos, or proprietary materials for commercial purposes without authorization.
The website and its content are intended for personal and non-commercial use only.
4. Order Process & Project Initiation
- Orders may be placed through our website, email, phone, or customer support channels.
- Projects officially begin only after payment is received and all required project materials are submitted.
- Delivery timelines begin once the client provides the complete brief, content, and required assets.
- Any changes to the project scope may affect pricing, timelines, and deliverables.
5. Delivery Policy
- Deliverables are provided within the estimated timeframe communicated during the order process.
- Delays caused by incomplete client information, revision requests, technical issues, or third-party services may
impact delivery timelines.
- Publishing Avenue is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Revisions & Edits
- Revisions are provided in accordance with the original project scope and brief.
- Unlimited revisions may be offered for eligible services unless otherwise specified.
- Revision requests outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.
- The standard revision turnaround time is approximately 48 hours, unless otherwise communicated.
- Projects with no client response for 10 consecutive days after delivery may be marked as completed and finalized.
7. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, revision policies, non-refundable situations, and refund procedures are outlined in our separate Refund Policy. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
8. Project Abandonment & Reactivation
- Projects that are inactive for 20 or more consecutive days due to a lack of client communication may be considered
abandoned and closed.
- Reactivation may require additional fees depending on the scope and duration of inactivity.
- No refunds are issued for abandoned projects.
9. Project Completion & Claims
- Projects are deemed completed if no revisions, disputes, or concerns are submitted within 10 business days of final delivery.
- No claims or disputes will be accepted after this period.
10. Copyright & Ownership
- Upon full and final payment, clients receive ownership of the final approved deliverables, unless otherwise stated in
writing.
- Publishing Avenue does not resell or reuse custom client work.
- Unless protected under a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), we reserve the right to use anonymized project samples
for portfolio or promotional purposes.
11. Testimonials & User Submissions
Any testimonials, reviews, comments, suggestions, feedback, or submitted materials may be used by Publishing Avenue for
promotional, marketing, or operational purposes without compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By submitting feedback, you grant Publishing Avenue a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display
such content.
12. Plagiarism, Authenticity & AI Usage
- We strive to provide original and authentic content.
- Plagiarism reports may be provided upon request for eligible services.
- AI-generated content is not used unless specifically requested or disclosed to the client.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all final deliverables before use or publication.
13. Legal & Ethical Usage
Clients agree not to use our services or deliverables for:
- Plagiarism
- Academic dishonesty
- Fraudulent activity
- Defamation
- Illegal or unethical conduct
Clients assume full responsibility for how delivered materials are used and agree to indemnify Publishing Avenue against
any resulting claims, damages, penalties, or legal actions.
14. Image Usage & Media Policy
- Third-party stock images, fonts, media assets, or graphics may require separate licensing.
- Clients are responsible for obtaining and maintaining proper licenses where applicable.
- Publishing Avenue is not liable for misuse of third-party media assets after delivery.
15. Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party platforms and providers for:
- Payments
- Communication
- File storage
- Analytics
- Design tools
- Marketing services
By using our services, you may also be subject to those third-party terms and privacy policies.
16. Electronic Communications
By contacting us, placing an order, or using our services, you consent to receive communications electronically,
including emails, invoices, notices, project updates, promotional communications, and service announcements.
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
17. Account Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Maintaining communication during active projects
- Regularly reviewing account updates and deliverables
- Ensuring payment methods are authorized and lawful
Use of stolen payment methods or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Publishing Avenue shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, reputation, or business opportunities
- Delays caused by client-side issues, technical interruptions, or third-party providers
- Client misuse of delivered content or services
